BASIC YOGA INSTRUCTOR TRAINING OCTOBER 2025
The programme begins with placement and development work based on teaching techniques and cognitive measurements. Students' learning models are identified through perception and perspective measurements and studies.
In our programme, which enriches yoga values with academic research, the stages of learning and teaching are conveyed separately through mind and body practices and are combined in the integration module in a collaborative space.
All sections of Yoga, Meditation, and Breathing Techniques are covered with a foundation in deep anatomy and emotional anatomy.
