ANATOMY BASICS I
The programme is designed to convey structural anatomy knowledge in a detailed, understandable, enjoyable, instructive, and example-enriched framework.
Topics, the relationships between body parts and the mode of transmission, are specifically designed as 'bite-sized information' for those who find anatomy difficult to learn due to terminology and those who wish to deepen their understanding of movement.
You can join just one session of our programme, which has been created with an easy, enjoyable, and universally understandable delivery system, or you can participate in the entire programme, or you can seek advice from us.
Program Objectives
The objectives of the programme, which is delivered with a special structure suitable for online learning techniques for those who want to master more than just terminology when studying anatomy resources, are:
- Processing the general concepts you need to examine an anatomy resource and establishing the correct relationships between concepts
- Acquiring the fundamental knowledge required to understand anatomy terms related to movement
- To examine movement as a process by locating the structures within the two key components of the movement system: the Skeletal and Muscular systems
- To understand the structures and mechanisms of the muscular system

Öğretisinin temeli bedenin ve ruhun (enerji bedenin) ayrılmaz bütünlüğüdür. Yoga uzmanlık programlarında fizik beden ve enerji bedenin gerçekleri, uyumu, tümleyenleri üzerinde durmakta, anlatımın rasyonel ilkelerini öğrencilerine bu bakış açısı ile aktarmaktadır.
Beden çalışmasını temel alan farklı disiplinlerin önde gelen isimleriyle fonksiyonel ve duygusal anatominin bakış açısını zenginleştirecek çalışmalar yapmıştır.
Hareket anatomisi ve duygusal anatomi uzmanı olarak beden farkındalığı ve bilişsel farkındalık programlarını yönetmektedir. Yoga öğretisinin değerli bir farkındalık aracı olduğunu savunur. Başta İstanbul ve Antalya olmak üzere, bugüne kadar çok sayıda yoga öğretmeninin yetişmesine ve derinleşmesine katkıda bulunmuştur.

The foundation of her teaching is based on the inseparable unity of the physical body and the soul (the energetic body). In her yoga specialization programmes, she focuses on the realities, harmonies, and complements of the physical and energetic bodies, conveying the rational principles of expression to her students from this perspective.
She has collaborated with leading figures from various disciplines rooted in bodywork to enrich her perspective on functional and emotional anatomy.
As an expert in movement and emotional anatomy, she directs somatic and cognitive awareness programmes. She advocates that the teaching of yoga is a profound tool for awareness. Primarily in Istanbul and Antalya, she has contributed to the training and deepening of numerous yoga teachers to date.
