intermediate and advanced flow techniques

This module, part of the Advanced Teacher Training 300 programme, builds upon the teaching techniques and sequence creation modules.
While covering the presentation and structure of Level 1 and 2 Basic Yoga Programme classes, the Advanced Level Programmes focus on how to make intermediate and advanced class structures more effective and include techniques for this purpose.
While the duration of classes does not vary greatly for basic, intermediate, and advanced level classes, classes where we will structure challenging poses require a different approach and details so that the body can complete the class safely after warming up and also deepen the poses by becoming more prepared within the given time.
The flow techniques module also teaches how poses of different qualities can be linked together in a continuous flow, in one breath and one movement.
