MINDFUL MOVEMENT
It is one of the elective modules of the Advanced Teacher Training 300 programme.
Mindful Movement is a specialised anatomy, movement, and awareness practice that expresses consciousness in movement.
To deepen body awareness, one first needs to establish a foundation of knowledge, then experience that knowledge through the senses and skeletal system, and finally develop motor skills to break down movement into smaller movement groups.
Somatic practices create an environment conducive to cognitive and emotional development and resolution, taking physical development into account. For this reason, these practices can also be used by specialists among trauma resolution techniques.

Who Can Attend
- Those who have been practising yoga, breathing, and meditation for some time and are interested in the techniques and studies,
- Those who wish to practise within their own field, using their own created framework, and deepen their practice,
- Instructors seeking to find their style and requiring a progression plan,
- Those who have completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance specialisation programme and wish to deepen their advanced yoga studies,
- And all those who feel ready to undertake these studies may join this programme.
Certificate
At the end of the programme,
Participants who are 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructors are eligible to receive a 15-hour Yoga Alliance-approved certificate,
While participants who are not 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructors are eligible to receive a participation certificate in the name of "Sensing Body Academy Scientific Research & Training Centre / Spain".

Öğretisinin temeli bedenin ve ruhun (enerji bedenin) ayrılmaz bütünlüğüdür. Yoga uzmanlık programlarında fizik beden ve enerji bedenin gerçekleri, uyumu, tümleyenleri üzerinde durmakta, anlatımın rasyonel ilkelerini öğrencilerine bu bakış açısı ile aktarmaktadır.
Beden çalışmasını temel alan farklı disiplinlerin önde gelen isimleriyle fonksiyonel ve duygusal anatominin bakış açısını zenginleştirecek çalışmalar yapmıştır.
Hareket anatomisi ve duygusal anatomi uzmanı olarak beden farkındalığı ve bilişsel farkındalık programlarını yönetmektedir. Yoga öğretisinin değerli bir farkındalık aracı olduğunu savunur. Başta İstanbul ve Antalya olmak üzere, bugüne kadar çok sayıda yoga öğretmeninin yetişmesine ve derinleşmesine katkıda bulunmuştur.

The foundation of her teaching is based on the inseparable unity of the physical body and the soul (the energetic body). In her yoga specialization programmes, she focuses on the realities, harmonies, and complements of the physical and energetic bodies, conveying the rational principles of expression to her students from this perspective.
She has collaborated with leading figures from various disciplines rooted in bodywork to enrich her perspective on functional and emotional anatomy.
As an expert in movement and emotional anatomy, she directs somatic and cognitive awareness programmes. She advocates that the teaching of yoga is a profound tool for awareness. Primarily in Istanbul and Antalya, she has contributed to the training and deepening of numerous yoga teachers to date.
