TEACHING TECHNIQUES
It is a module of the Advanced Teacher Training 300 programme focused on teaching techniques, including asana, anatomy, and sequence design details.
It covers how advanced asanas are applied to different bodies, including anatomical details and tips for entering poses, as well as practical application and the details used in lesson design.
The programme is designed to provide you with a new framework that will enable you to transform your existing knowledge and experience into creative syntheses through NEW methods,
NEW SYSTEMS that can guide you on your inner journey,
and a NEW PERSPECTIVE that will transform your teaching through the advanced transmission of asanas enriched with movement anatomy and emotional body details.

Program Objectives
The module is based on face-to-face meetings that combine the themes of asana, function, anatomy, sequence subtleties, and class integrity. It is one of the core and compulsory modules of the Advanced Teacher Training 300 programme.
- Practising advanced poses and functional details categorised by level
- Maximising motor skills and joint mobility through detailed variations in extremities and movement areas
- Learning about body differences in a cause-and-effect relationship to create the necessary structure to prevent injury or deepen the pose
- Developing a sequence and order logic appropriate to the lesson theme, target area, or pose
- Possessing practical knowledge of asana to create detailed, logical, anatomically appropriate, and effective lesson plans and to support students in performing difficult poses or poses that are challenging for them

Who Can Attend
- Those who have been practising yoga for some time and are interested in physical and detailed asana techniques and practices
- Those who wish to practise using their own created framework in their field
- Those who have completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance specialisation programme and wish to deepen their advanced yoga studies
- And anyone who feels ready to undertake all these studies can join this programme
Certificate
At the end of the programme, participants who are 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructors will be eligible to receive a 30-hour Yoga Alliance approved certificate,
while participants who are not 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified instructors will be eligible to receive a participation certificate from the "Sensing Body Academy Scientific Research & Training Centre / Spain".

SensingBodyAcademy Uzmanlık Programları Eğitmeni
Öğretisinin temeli bedenin ve ruhun (enerji bedenin) ayrılmaz bütünlüğüdür. Yoga uzmanlık programlarında fizik beden ve enerji bedenin gerçekleri, uyumu, tümleyenleri üzerinde durmakta, anlatımın rasyonel ilkelerini öğrencilerine bu bakış açısı ile aktarmaktadır.
Beden çalışmasını temel alan farklı disiplinlerin önde gelen isimleriyle fonksiyonel ve duygusal anatominin bakış açısını zenginleştirecek çalışmalar yapmıştır.
Hareket anatomisi ve duygusal anatomi uzmanı olarak beden farkındalığı ve bilişsel farkındalık programlarını yönetmektedir. Yoga öğretisinin değerli bir farkındalık aracı olduğunu savunur. Başta İstanbul ve Antalya olmak üzere, bugüne kadar çok sayıda yoga öğretmeninin yetişmesine ve derinleşmesine katkıda bulunmuştur.
Instructor of Specialization Programmes at SensingBodyAcademy
The foundation of her teaching is based on the inseparable unity of the physical body and the soul (the energetic body). In her yoga specialization programmes, she focuses on the realities, harmonies, and complements of the physical and energetic bodies, conveying the rational principles of expression to her students from this perspective.
She has collaborated with leading figures from various disciplines rooted in bodywork to enrich her perspective on functional and emotional anatomy.
As an expert in movement and emotional anatomy, she directs somatic and cognitive awareness programmes. She advocates that the teaching of yoga is a profound tool for awareness. Primarily in Istanbul and Antalya, she has contributed to the training and deepening of numerous yoga teachers to date.
