INTERMEDIATE and ADVANCED SEQUENCE BUILDING TECHNIQUE
It is a module of the Advanced Teacher Training 300 programme, based on teaching techniques that include details of asana, anatomy and sequence design, and focused on being able to create sequences with different content.
Simply knowing the poses is not enough to be able to sequence them one after the other. The different body types you will encounter in your classes have different limitations and different ranges of motion. One of the goals of a teacher is to be able to place every body participating in the class they have prepared in the easiest and most comfortable way, creating and maintaining a safe and nurturing space for each student.
Creating sequences is a form of bodywork, an art that creates change in the body. The importance of creating sequences, that is, preparing the body for where it is going, is significant in order to simultaneously see differences and gain the ability to build poses on different foundations.

Program Objectives
The module is based on asanas, the areas of the body affected by asanas, and creating themes.
Although students begin to become familiar with the practical and theoretical aspects of the poses through the modules they take, creating themes and structuring them, and subsequently achieving ease of transmission, is one of the important elements that gradually becomes established among the skills of an instructor.
The main objective of the programme is to develop the ability to create a common lesson structure by recognising asanas anatomically and seeing the limitations and possibilities of each body when looking at bodies.
Enabling a student to deepen their practice in a pose or body area, or to safely incorporate the body into development, is a skill. The programme provides the key points for developing this skill.
- Understanding advanced poses by categorising them according to their levels based on anatomical knowledge,
- Understanding the logic of creating functional themes (forward fold, backbend, twist, balance, hip opener, etc.),
- Learning to support functional work created according to pose details with variations to be used in the limbs,
- Developing the logic of sequencing and arrangement appropriate to the class theme, target area, or pose,
- Developing the ability to create variations in poses.

Who Can Attend
- Those who have been practising yoga for some time and are interested in physical and detailed asana techniques and practices,
- Those who wish to practise using their own created framework in their field,
- Those who have completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance specialisation programme and wish to deepen their advanced yoga studies,
- And all those who feel ready to undertake these studies may participate in this programme.
Certificate
At the end of the programme,
participants who are 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructors will be eligible to receive a 20-hour Yoga Alliance-approved certificate,
while participants who are not 200-hour Yoga Alliance instructors will be eligible to receive a participation certificate from the "Sensing Body Academy Scientific Research & Training Centre / Spain".

Başta İstanbul ve Antalya olmak üzere, bugüne kadar çok sayıda yoga öğretmeninin yetişmesine ve derinleşmesine katkıda bulunmuştur.

She has collaborated with leading figures from various disciplines rooted in bodywork to enrich her perspective on functional and emotional anatomy.
As an expert in movement and emotional anatomy, she directs somatic and cognitive awareness programmes. She advocates that the teaching of yoga is a profound tool for awareness. Primarily in Istanbul and Antalya, she has contributed to the training and deepening of numerous yoga teachers to date.
